Clarendon Typeface Brochure

For this project, we were to research a typeface and make an informative booklet. I was drawn to Clarendon originally because of its slab serifs and fun swoops (just look at that R!), but after learning the history I constantly fight the temptation to use it in every project. Since Clarendon was originally created in 1845 for printing, I wanted to play with the idea of ink. I used bright colors to mimic this the process and give it screen-print feel.
